The image features a tranquil scene of nature, primarily centered around a single blue damselfly perched lightly on the largest of a collection of green lily pads floating on a pond. These lily pads are large and round with a smooth, waxy surface that reflects light. They have a distinctly heart-shaped base and an almost flat, circular top.
One lily pad is prominently placed at the center of the frame, with a visible water droplet on its surface. To the left side of this central lily pad is a smaller, slightly overlapping leaf, displaying a mottled pattern of brownish green, indicating the verity of lily pad it is.
There is a striking contrast between the dark, calm waters beneath the lily pads and the bright leaves above. The surface of the water looks very still, mirroring the sky above and creating a shimmering effect due to the sunlight penetrating through the foliage.
In the foreground, towards the bottom right corner, there's a budding flower partially submerged under another lily pad. It has a pointed tip upwards, signaling it is about to bloom. The colors near the bud are a deep red-brown, which typically precedes opening to yellow or white flowers common to lilies.
A damselfly, is perched at the edge of the large lily pad, adding life and movement to the otherwise still image. Its vibrant blue body stands out against the greenery and hints at the biodiversity present in this ecosystem.
Overall, the image evokes a sense of peace and natural beauty, often associated with serene wetland environments.

Custom orders are welcome.
Metallic Silver Halide
These archival prints are produced on distinctive metallic paper that gives a slight luminescent quality and adds dimension.
Giclée Print
My archival Gliclée prints are printed on Somerset Velvet a %100 cotton paper. These photographic prints have a deep color, with added depth and feel thanks to the soft texture of the paper.
When handling prints produced on Somerset Velvet paper it is suggested that care is taken to prevent smudges and fingerprints on the surface, prior to framing.
Dye Infused Metal
Metal-infused dye printed directly onto a thin sheet of aluminum creates a unique metallic luster on these prints that produces a one-of-a-kind look.
These prints are not only archival but are also waterproof and easy to clean. Great for higher trafficked or high moisture areas
